Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. After you have submitted an application on our page or via email, our team will get back to you with an assigned therapist who will have a free 20 minute consultation with you before beginning the actual sessions with you.

What is the fee for therapy?

The charges for individual therapy (ABT or talk therapy) is Rs. 2200 per 50 minute session. Rates for clients based outside of India are determined on a case to case basis.

We also have a limited number of pro-bono/low fee slots available for those who need concessions arising from severe economic constraints. Contact us for more information about availability.

What is your new patient procedure?

Please fill the form on the "book an appointment" page on our site or send us an email detailing your concerns and bio-data on cobearcollective@gmail.com.

Our team will get back to you with a consultation that will help us establish an understanding of your requirements. Our therapist will then recommend a frequency of therapy per week and the slots that would enable a consistent therapy experience.

Do I need to be diagnosed with a mental illness to go to a therapist?

Seeing a therapist can help you better deal with life's everyday stresses. There are also many life circumstances that might compel us to see a therapist. Being able to better navigate difficult relationships, making well informed and introspective life decisions, gaining better personal insight are all things that are enabled through therapy.
